1. Introduction

Welcome to eipwin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and eipwin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eipwin website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the eipwin platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the eipwin platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value or matched deposit amount credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are approved.
• "Platform" means the eipwin website, mobile interface and all Services accessible via the domain eipwin.cam.
• "Services" means all betting markets, casino games, live dealer games, promotions and account management features available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, including minors, self-excluded users and users in restricted jurisdictions.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on eipwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where accessing this Platform would be unlawful.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by eipwin for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through eipwin's tools or imposed by a gambling regulatory authority.
• You are of sound mind, free from the influence of substances, and capable of understanding the nature and financial consequences of gambling.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of Services, including deposits, withdrawals and promotional offers, you must complete the registration process and, where required, the KYC verification process.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

eipwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of digital wallet, bank statement header or card image where applicable).
• Source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to the satisfaction of eipwin's compliance team. eipwin is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the eipwin platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance within them may be voided.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing the eipwin platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws of your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, impair or compromise the platform or interfere with any other user's access to the Services.

You specifically agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will access the platform only from jurisdictions where doing so is lawful and where you bear full personal legal responsibility for compliance with local law.
• You will keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share, sell or transfer your Account to any third party.
• You will not attempt to access the Accounts of other users or circumvent the platform's security or authentication mechanisms.
• You will not use the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime activity.
• You will promptly notify eipwin of any errors in account balances, game results or transaction records that appear to be in your favour due to a system fault.
• You will not misuse the customer support service by engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communications with eipwin staff.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on eipwin. Sport-specific rules are published within each relevant market section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. eipwin does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in circumstances where the platform has published incorrect odds due to a manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — defined as odds that are clearly and materially incorrect compared to the prevailing market — eipwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's Account Balance.
• Bets on cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches and ICC tournaments, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Interrupted or abandoned matches are settled per the applicable sport rule published on the platform.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. eipwin is not responsible for bets rejected due to the conclusion of an event or a score change occurring between a user's bet submission and server receipt.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation. eipwin reserves the right to adjust limits at any time and without prior notice.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Account Balance promptly following official result confirmation.

7. Bonus & Promotional Terms

eipwin offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and loyalty rewards. All such promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the point of opt-in.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Users who have registered using inaccurate information or who have previously violated these Terms are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per user, household, IP address and payment method unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the point of offer. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds are not available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Bets placed on certain game types or markets may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. Applicable contribution rates are listed within each promotion's specific terms.
• eipwin reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is amended or withdrawn, users who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice of the change.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, matched betting using only bonus funds, or patterns of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

8. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on eipwin are conducted in accordance with our payment processing procedures and applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance promptly following successful processing by the payment provider. eipwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Payment provider names referenced in the cashier — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included for user familiarity only. Their inclusion does not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with eipwin or any gambling activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4 of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud and money-laundering prevention measure.
• eipwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that triggers our internal risk or compliance thresholds.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. eipwin does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving payment provider or banking institution.
• Fees may apply to certain withdrawal methods. All applicable fees are disclosed in the cashier before the withdrawal is confirmed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eipwin platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance or bonus funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform or exploit odds in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities, whether or not the exploit results in financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder funds, structure deposits or engage in any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person or creating an account on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker, or coordinate betting patterns for the purpose of circumventing platform rules.
• Engaging in arbitrage strategies that constitute systematic abuse of the platform's pricing rather than individual informed betting decisions, as determined by eipwin's risk team in its reasonable discretion.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute a deposit transaction after the corresponding funds have been wagered on the platform.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

eipwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• eipwin is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order or applicable law.
• eipwin determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the user via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds are not returned in any closure scenario.

Users may request the voluntary closure of their own Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Users wishing to self-exclude rather than simply close their Account should refer to our Responsible Gambling Policy for the appropriate procedure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eipwin and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, data transmission delays or security breaches caused by circumstances beyond eipwin's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Decisions made by users based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional descriptions.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity conducted through the platform, including losses incurred as a result of a user's failure to use available responsible gambling tools.

Nothing in this Section shall exclude or limit eipwin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the eipwin platform — including but not limited to the eipwin name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of eipwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from eipwin.
• Scrape, crawl, index or systematically copy platform content or odds data using automated tools.
• Use eipwin's trademarks, logos or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement or partnership without explicit written authorisation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eipwin holds its international operating licence. Users agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

eipwin strongly encourages users to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. The majority of account, payment and betting disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

Nothing in this Section affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Pakistani users should note that eipwin does not claim to be subject to Pakistani consumer protection or gambling laws, and users are solely responsible for their legal compliance under Pakistani law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

eipwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eipwin will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
